Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from GuysDrawers. Health issues limit the return options for underwear. Please read the policy carefully; we cannot accept returns that don’t meet these requirements.
We will accept returned items if they are unworn and in their original boxes/plastic wrap with original tags. Please note: Our determination of compliance with the above is final. There is no charge for restocking, handling, etc., but the return postage is to be paid by you. You may return an item within 2 weeks of purchase. We will apply your return as either a refund or exchange. For exchanges, you pay for the postage to return the items to us, but we pay postage for sending you the exchanged items.
Items to be returned must be
- Unworn
- In their original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of purchase
- Pre-approved with an RMA number
- Shipped at your expense
Please email us at customerservice@guysdrawers.com, let us know what is wrong, and we will send you an RMA number and return address.

GuysDrawers Standard Shipping – 5 to 7 days – FREE
International Shipments
Via International Priority Mail – 7 to 14 days, depending on location – $14.95
Important: We do not calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on non-US shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office for more information. GuysDrawers is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-US shipments. In the event that an order shipped by international mail is lost en route, we must wait for the claim to be processed. This can take up to 6 months.
